Our Founder & CEO, Pascale Dahrouj, has been selected to join the Mediators Panel of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Arbitration Centre. With her years of expertise in different areas of mediation such as corporate, commercial, employment, government and many more, Dahrouj will help parties explore ways to settle their disputes, autonomously and confidentially.
Abu Dhabi Global Market has been established in accordance with the Federal Decree No. (15) of 2013 Establishment of Financial Free Zone in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi. And in order, to assist parties wishing to engage in mediation for a settlement of their dispute, the ADGM Arbitration Centre has established a panel of accredited and experienced mediators of the highest professional standing, among which Dahrouj is now a member.
