Willminds LLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation for thepromotion of ADR and ADR services such as international commercial mediationand arbitration. This collaboration aims at fostering better understanding ofthe advantages of ADR amongst international business users in both regions.
